Kids@Hope provides families with dynamic ON-SITE (in-person) and ONLINE (virtual) programming for your children. The content and activities for both options are parallel, so that we are all learning the same things. This also allows families to fluctuate between attending in-person or participating from home.

ON-LINE @ 8:50-10:00am:

  • Zoom with us from 8:50am-10am for "Virtual Kids@Hope" for our preschool and elementary aged friends. We will connect, play games, have worship, a Bible lesson and crafts, and break into small groups that are age-specific and led by Kids@Hope volunteers.
  • AND/OR: Watch our Kids@Hope weekly 25-30 minute Youtube video on your own time!

*Sign up for our Kids@Hope Box to receive all the craft material and activities you'll need to participate from home! This and all links can be found on our Kids@Hope LinkTree.

ON-SITE @ 10:45-11:45am*

Our on-site Kids@Hope programming is for birth-4th grade, and is being offered during Hope's second worship service at 10:45am.

Please note that for the safety of our children, our volunteers and our staff, we are requiring staff-performed temperature checks at the time of drop off and masks to be worn by all children over the age of 2.

For planning purposes - in advance of each weekly Sunday service - families must register children in order to participate in Kids@Hope. Please note that classes will be limited in size and will close once they are full. Sign up is available beginning Monday mornings for the following Sunday, using the Church Center App or by using this link. Once your child is registered for Kids@Hope, you will receive a follow up email for any updates.

To determine if this in-person experience is a good fit for your child and your family, please carefully read the below plan, which our Kids@Hope staff will be following:

  • All families will be entering the Main Entrance lobby doors.
  • Families will be directed from the Main Entrance lobby to the Kids@Hope hallway doors.
  • Temperature checks and hand sanitizer will be required before entering our Kids@Hope halls and administered by our staff.
  • Both adults and kids will be checked in - kids will receive their Kids@Hope stickers and parents will be handed their pick up tag.
  • Parents/Guardians will say goodbye in the lobby and kids will be walked by a Kids@Hope leader to their rooms. (Any diaper bags or jackets should be given to the Kids@Hope leader.)
  • Parents will walk to the auditorium (you will "check in" with your kids).

Infant - 2 years old:

  • 4 children per classroom
  • No masks are required for children but will be required for leaders.
  • Snacks will not be given, but volunteers will give a bottle if asked.
  • Toys will regularly be changed out after a child puts it in their mouth.

3 years old - Kindergarteners :

  • 5 children per classroom
  • Masks are required for children and leaders.
  • Children will remain in the same classroom for the entire service.
  • Snacks will not be served.
  • Each child will have their own materials and supplies for crafts and activities.
  • To help us gather as many children as possible, your child may be in a classroom with other "middles" ages: (example 3s-4s) or (4s-5s) (5s-K).
  • Please note if you would like your 2 year old in with a big sibling or with the 3s class for activities, they will be required to wear a mask in the classroom.

1st-4th Grade:

  • Masks are required for children and leaders.
  • Children will remain in the Kids Worship Room for the entire service and split into small groups after instruction.
  • Snacks will not be served.
  • Each child will have their own materials and supplies for crafts and activities.

  • Leaders will line kids up in the hallway on colored dots with their siblings
  • Parents/Guardians will exit the auditorium to the parking lot - parents should form a line, outside, at the bottom of the Kids@Hope stairs.
  • After confirming pick up tags, Kids@Hope leaders will bring children and their belongings to parents/guardians to go home.
